Business Support Officer
Full Time
Sunday through Thursday, with weekends on Friday and Saturday.
9 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle incoming calls from clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Take detailed messages and ensure they are communicated promptly.
- Respond to client emails promptly and professionally.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Record and update client information in the CRM system accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients based on their requirements.
Follow up on quotations to convert them into orders. - Ensure the timely processing and delivery of client orders.
Coordinate with the logistics team to track and confirm delivery schedules.
Address any issues related to order fulfillment and delivery. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
- Experience working with CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
- Ability to work through periods of high workload.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a co-operative attitude.
- Software: Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal.
- Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
