Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies in line with the company’s overall business plan.
- Develop and maintain a clear organizational structure for the company.
- Partner with the management to define talent needs and develop recruitment strategies and job analysis.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels to ensure they align with our company culture, aesthetics, and values.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills and fit for the company culture.
- Extend offers and manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Build strong employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement programs to develop and retain current team members, improving their performance, efficiency, morale, and work-life balance.
- Manage employee records and payroll data.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems with KPIs and reporting, provide coaching and development, and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Identify training needs, develop and deliver training programs, and measure their effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR information systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management.
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a corporate environment.
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
- Ability to work through periods of high workload.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a co-operative attitude.
- Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
