Breakfast Gathering : A Morning Well Spent, Together
|
|
This month, ZF Holding brought the team together for a breakfast outing that blended good food, shared moments, and a welcome break from the usual pace of work.
From an oriental feast under the Spring sun to games, birthdays, personal wins, and company milestones, the gathering created space for the team to connect, celebrate, and enjoy each other's company beyond the day-to-day. It was a simple but meaningful reminder that strong culture is built not only through work, but also through the moments shared around it.

ZF Talks
The Value of Optionality in Uncertain Markets
In this month's ZF Talks, we spotlight optionality as a growing priority in today's investment mindset. In uncertain markets, smart capital is no longer rewarding growth alone. It is rewarding the ability to stay flexible, respond well to change, and keep strategic paths open.
From capital discipline and adaptable business models to scalable operations and room to shift without losing momentum, optionality is increasingly becoming one of the most valuable assets a business can hold.

Karim Osama
One-Man Crew
|
This month, we're spotlighting Karim Osama, our One-Man Crew, whose work helps capture the people, projects, and moments that shape ZF Holding's presence across its different platforms.
|
As a One-Man Crew, what does your process usually look like from planning a shoot to delivering the final output?
I start by understanding the goal of the project and planning the key shots. On-site, I handle filming, lighting, and sound while capturing all the necessary footage. The final step is editing.
|
When you are covering a ZF event or project, what is the first thing you look for through the lens?
The story behind the scene! I focus on authentic moments, meaningful details, and perspectives that reflect the project's impact and the company's culture.
|
What kind of shot or moment gives you the most satisfaction when you capture it well?
Capturing the true candid moment; whether it's a genuine laugh or a look of deep focus from someone completely unaware of the camera.
|
When you are editing, what usually matters more to you: technical polish or emotional impact?
Emotional impact comes first. Technical quality is essential, but its role is to support the story and ensure the message connects with the audience.
|
What is something people at work might be surprised to know about you beyond the camera?
Beyond the camera, I'm also a chef. I enjoy creating new dishes and bringing the same creativity and attention to detail from visual production into the kitchen.
