Inside ZF
|
Ahella Ikram
Marketing Specialist
|
This month, we're
spotlighting our Marketing Specialist, Ahella Ikram, whose extensive research skill and deep
knowledge of audience segmentation and advertising strategies help shape ZF Holding's direction,
growth, and audience perception.
|
How do you
handle paid advertising campaigns for different brands and their respective audiences?
I start with research
to understand each brand's audience and funnel stage, then shape the platform, campaign
structure, and messaging around what they need at that point.
|
What was your
biggest challenge when you started working at ZF Holding and its different subsidiaries, and
how did you solve it?
The biggest challenge
was adapting to subsidiaries in very different industries. I solved it by studying each one
separately until I fully understood its market, audience, and identity.
|
Why did you
choose marketing as your career path?
I chose marketing
because it combines data, psychology, creativity, and strategy. What excites me most is
using it to understand people, industries, and businesses more deeply.
|
What do you
like to do in your free time?
I am big on fitness,
whether that is the gym or running. And I love reading, be it fiction or non-fiction.
|
Name a value
or a principle you always try to follow in your life in general.
Always keep learning.
I never let myself get comfortable with what I already know, whether it is a new industry, a
skill, or even a subject I have been working with for years. There is always more to know,
and that mindset is what keeps me growing.
